I improve writing, research, and workflow efficiency using ChatGPT, Grammarly, and Gemini.

My background in banking and utilities has strengthened my skills in handling confidential records, processing transactions, and managing 1,000+ client data entries with strong attention to detail and accuracy. I am also trained in Shopify store operations, including product research, SEO product listings, inventory organization, and competitor analysis.
