General VA & Shopify Content Specialist

I've been in the BPO and Virtual Assistant industry supporting clients from USA, Europe, and Australia.

With an SEO Specialist client that I had for a year, I assisted him with SEO Link Exchange. I helped with the prospecting of blogs that has good number of traffic. I send email outreach and sometimes would find people in LinkedIn for link exchange partnership. I also handled the reporting where I recorded all close won links.

In my 4 years of being a VA, I handled all sort of admin tasks that requires high attention to details and organization skill. I handled routine tasks or repetitive tasks. I am a fast learner and I can work independently. Most the tasks I handled from my previous clients were focused on admin. Anything that is under the sun kind of tasks were assigned as well. From expense receipt managment to image transcribing. I have repetitive or routine tasks that managed as well such us creating and organizing daily order reports, orhanizing order files to print and updating Shopify product listing (description and tags) using chatGPT.

I had one client that I supported with email managment for a year and a half. I handled incoming posts that need some urgent attention. Forwarding them to the designated person for settlement and responding to the sender for information/instruction.

I managed my previous client's business inbox. Filtering incoming posts for automatic labelling. Sorting unimportant emails to remove from the main inbox automatically through the use of filter function of gmail. Forwarding emails that requires attention or immediate response to tge designated team or person.

I handled admin tasks for clients such as transferring data from one tool to another. Researching data from the internet and the organize it in Google sheets.

During my VA training days, I supported my agency's digital marketing team in creating social media images, post caption and IG reels using Canva.

I created SOP for my client's task processes. Following a format and organizing them in a folder for easy access. Documenting all steps for each certain tasks with complete screenshots.

With my previous BPO experiences, I have supported US based companies with their customer service and technical team. Walking through their customers with troubleshooting steps over the phone and through live chat.

Been using Google Docs with all of my data management tasks. From organizing data to storing them.
