Managed to reconcile and close the books of multiple US based clients. I was also able to do payroll in QBO, manage the syncing and matching of bills and invoices from bill.com to QBO, post regular month-end journal entries like payroll and benefits, Bank and credit card reconciliation, General Ledger review, cleaning up incorrectly categorized or matched transactions, accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, and payroll processing.

I consistently managed client liaison with US based and Australian based clients to accurately account for their concerns. I can speak and understand the English language on a native level. I speak English casually on a personal level as well!

I can do full charge bookkeeping for multiple clients at once that have various industries. I have my own process of self-training that I use to familiarize myself with the client's monthly transactions, common vendors, payment system, and the like.

Accurately reconciled prepaid expenses, property plant and equipment, aging schedules, credit cards, bank reconciliations and other related accounts for US-based firms that are engaged with various industries like Law firms, Subscriptions as a service (SAAS), streaming and technology based start-ups, charitable foundations and food manufacturing companies.

I have accurately processed payroll including the journal entries, liaison with human resources about employee or salary changes, changing salary rate or 401k contribution rate for employees, payroll payment and 401k journaling. I have experience with QuickBooks Online payroll and Automatic Payroll System(APS).

I handled the Bill.com of various clients in various industries. I accurately approved bills, marked as paid, and resolved syncing problems with QuickBooks online. I also can easily add and remove a large amount of vendors using the import tool in Bill.com upon client request.
