With over 10 years of experience in customer service and hospitality, and 2+ years as a Virtual Assistant supporting HR, recruitment, and admin operations, I’ve built a career around being adaptable, detail-oriented, and systems-focused.

As a Virtual Assistant, I worked full-time handling HR recruiting, onboarding, admin support, and internal operations while also taking on multiple GoHighLevel projects. I managed inboxes, calendars, reports, and internal systems, while building and maintaining GHL funnels, automations, workflows, and CRM setups to support sales, marketing, and operations. Before that, I worked in the hotel industry as a Front Office Supervisor, strengthening my communication and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.

Alongside my VA role, I’ve been actively building GoHighLevel systems, including funnels, workflows, pipelines, AI agents, integrations, and automation logic that connect lead capture, follow-up, booking, and internal notifications into clean, scalable systems.

My goal is to combine my background in customer service and VA systems management with hands-on GoHighLevel system-building experience to deliver reliable execution and automation-driven results.
