The following is a list of services I can offer:
*Administrative Work
           Schedule and manage meetings, conferences, calls, and events, including sending meeting invitations; serves as the primary point of contact for executive screening and managing phone calls, emails, and inquiries. 
*Property Management
           Advertising vacancies, screening tenants, preparing lease agreements, collecting rent, coordinating and overseeing repairs and maintenance, addressing tenant concerns, enforcing lease agreements, and mediating disputes. 
*Phone Support
           Assist customers over the phone. involve troubleshooting technical problems, answering questions about products or services, and resolving complaints 
*Transaction Coordinator
          Obtaining signatures on agreements and disclosure; coordinating title/escrow, mortgage, and appraisal processes; submitting necessary documentation to ensure file compliance; and inputting client information into databases. 
*Project Management
            Prepare regular status reports, maintain accurate project documentation, conduct project post-mortems, and identify areas for improvement.
