Hi! My name is Ma. ---------- D. ---------- , and I worked as a Data Imaging Specialist from 2014 to 2020 at Ocwen Business Solutions, a loan servicing company based in the U.S. My day-to-day tasks included verifying scanned loan documents, specifically mortgage documents, loan applications, appraisals, title policies and commitments, leases, sales contracts, and more. I categorized these documents based on their type and title using relevant keywords. Additionally, I reviewed borrowers' identification details, such as addresses, Social Security numbers, credit scores, outstanding principal balances, and other critical information. Unfortunately, our company was affected by the pandemic, leading to layoffs and the closure of our business unit.
Months later, I joined EasyKnock as a real estate data entry specialist. My daily tasks included collaborating with the project manager to update and input information into Airtable, such as comparable property data, property listings, and appraisal reports (e.g., neighborhood characteristics, age, dimensions, and zoning descriptions). I was also involved in a project assisting tenants with inquiries, guiding them through the onboarding process, helping them submit renters' insurance, and updating rent increases based on the monthly Consumer Price Index (CPI) using Rentvine and Kustomer.
My most recent role is at Diamond Properties, where I am currently employed as an Insurance Coordinator. In this role, I am responsible for requesting certificates of insurance from business owners based on their leases, which I update annually. I also request ACORD forms from vendors, specifically for property maintenance, and handle other administrative tasks assigned by the onshore coordinator.
My coworkers have often said that I am very curious, constantly asking how to do things better. I ask questions to ensure the quality of my work and deliver exceptional results. After understanding a process, I proactively suggest ideas to improve it and make it more efficient for everyone involved.

Attention to Detail – I make it a point to review my work thoroughly during any free time or seek feedback from my superiors to ensure accuracy.
