Well versed with different AMSes, (Applied Epic, EZlynx, QQ Catalyst, NowCerts, AMS360, AccuAgency, etc), and other tools insurance agencies have been using.

Application for Personal & Commercial Lines
Filling out applications (Acords and supplementals) to be submitted to the underwriters for quoting.

Researching the data on the property or risk such as construction, year built, distance to coast, crime rate, etc.

Quoting

Quoting with different carriers website.
Working on the proposal for clients review.

Binding
Preparing forms and send to the prospect to sign.
Completing all the requirements/paperwork to bind the quote.

Policy Issuance
Extracting policies from insurance company websites.
Sending policy packet and/or declarations page to the insured.
Uploading copy of policy/binder on AMS.

Endorsements
Assisting the insured for any amendments on their policy.
Getting Endorsement documents and sends to the insured.
Uploading endorsement documents on AMS.

Payments
Processing premium payments on behalf of the insured.
Preparing an invoice in AMS.
Working on a finance agreement with different finance companies.
Sending follow up emails for payment.

Cancellation and Reinstatements
Completing the cancellation and reinstatement request forms.
Contacting insurance company for the requests.
Uploading cancellation & reinstatement documents in AMS.

Certificate of Insurances
Creating certificate of insurances and evidence of property insurance.
Sending certificates to the requestor, emailing insured, underwriters and mortgagees.

Renewals and Rewrite Policies
Notifying insured regarding the upcoming renewals.
Completing renewal forms for agency billed policy.

Taking Inbound and Outbound Calls
Calling Insureds to remind them with their renewals, cancellation, payment due, audit, and recommendations.
Talking to the clients when it comes to insurance technicalities.

Calling insurance carriers, MGAs, mortgagees to process
insurance transactions.

Helped organization with their admin tasks.

Prior to becoming a full-time Virtual Assistant, I gained over six years of experience in banking and fintech, specializing in KYC, compliance, and process improvement. I started as a bank teller and advanced to a Compliance Officer role at one of the country’s largest banks.

In this role, I managed regulatory submissions, coordinated with regulators, monitored policy updates, handled departmental email inboxes, and provided administrative support. Developing a strong foundation in compliance operations, risk management, and process efficiency.

I am eager to leverage this background to support clients with organized, compliant, and efficient operations.
