I bring close to 3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR. I started out as a Career Consultant, where I reviewed resumes and conducted over 5,000+ interviews (yes, a lot of conversations, haha). I was later promoted to an HR Lead role, where I managed recruitment workflows and led a team of virtual assistants to keep everything running smoothly for both clients and candidates.
More recently, I’ve stepped into a broader HR and Talent role, where I’ve been building and improving systems from the ground up. This includes:
- Built SOPs and recruitment pipelines from scratch
- Created and managed a payroll system
- Led end-to-end recruiting and interviewing processes
- Designed effective job ads to attract quality candidates
- Facilitated monthly company meetings and weekly operations meetings
- Prioritized employee well-being and engagement
