I have been working in the Recruitment industry for over 5 years, handling different technical and niche roles. I am responsible for the delivery of the end-to-end talent acquisition process of the company by the agreed SLA and Talent Acquisition policy and procedure. I'm also in charge of the development of national and international recruiting plans, employing sourcing strategies, and resources, as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas.
I have been also exposed to a global environment and have been working with different nationalities for quite some time now. I could say that I am comfortable in both onsite and remote setups and I can easily adjust.
On the other hand, I am also a writer. I usually write blog posts about myself, and my personal experiences and I'm also into literature. During my high school and college years, I was active in writing-related organizations and was part of our Official Gazette. I also run my own WordPress and Social Media pages that I've built from scratch.
I am adept at working with people who have different kinds of personalities. I always try to understand my task first and I'm not afraid to ask relevant questions for clarification. I always try to strive for efficiency and I cannot promise perfection, but I can assure you that I always learn from my past mistakes. I also think quickly and can change direction when needed. In addition, if I'm given a task I am not familiar with, I'm always willing to learn and improve so I can deliver the best quality output I can give.
I know that I may have not yet attained all the career goals that I have set for myself, but I am very much willing to expand my professional ability and eager to seek different challenges in the Recruitment industry and other fields.
