Profile Description

I have 7 years of bookkeeping experience including my 3 years in Australian Accounting Firm. In my current role, I am responsible for 60+ clients doing the following:

1. Allocating bank transactions
2. Record customer and supplier payments
3. Accounts Payable and Receivable Management
4. Balance Sheet Reconciliation (Bank, Credit Cards, ATO balance, GST, PAYGW, Loan accounts)
5. Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS to ATO
6. Payrun processing
7.Collating fuel tax litres for fuel tax credits
8. Managing click up task
9. Generate reports and maintain client files
10. Record Journal entry to match Accountant's Financial Statements
11. Assisted in the integration of a new client’s file into the accounting software in accordance with provided instructions.
12. Timely communication to clients and Accountants

I work with various tools including MYOB, Xero, ClickUp, Hubdoc and Microsoft Office to support our clients.
