But I can deliver a good quality of productivity by the end of the day with the help of my years of experience working in a BPO and as a Virtual Assistant.

Here is my experience and how my task works:

•eCommerce(Order Process & Customer Support):
I handle multiple shops and manage all orders. If they're good to go or need to be fulfilled, I will also answer email concerns about their order—tools that I used: Shopify, Parcel Tracking Sites, Client's Tool, and Google Sheets.

•Data Scraper(Lead Generation):
My task is to generate good leads and send them to our s ---------- s department. Once I generate and scrape the leads, I will look for the company owner's name, email address, phone number, and the owner's social media accounts—tools that I used:
Phantom Buster, Google Sheets, Zoho, Kixie, Perplexity, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

•Customer Support(LYFT transportation company):
Being a customer support, I should be a helping hand for our valued customers. I handle the passengers' concerns of LYFT and provide excellent resolution so that our valued customers will stay and keep using LYFT as their transportation.
