I’m an experienced Buyer and E-commerce Operations Specialist with over five years of hands-on experience in procurement, order processing, and data management, along with two years of direct experience working in Shopify backend operations. I bring a strong attention to detail and a highly organized approach to supporting day-to-day business operations.

My background is deeply rooted in buyer support and purchasing operations. For more than five years, I supported the buying team of an online clothing subscription company based in Texas, USA, where I managed the full purchasing cycle. This included creating purchase orders, coordinating with vendors and logistics teams, receiving inventory, and handling discrepancy reports to ensure inventory accuracy and smooth fulfillment. This role strengthened my ability to manage complex workflows while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Alongside my buyer experience, I have extensive experience working with Shopify. I’ve handled product uploads, pricing and variant setup, inventory management, order processing, and backend maintenance. I’ve also managed vendor and brand communications, provided customer service via email, and prepared monthly sales reports, making me very comfortable working with both product data and operational reporting.
