o Provides excellent customer service by responding promptly to all inbound customer calls regarding personal lines policies, limited by geographic area and line.

o Builds rapport with each customer. Listens to customers' requests and inquiries.

o Works to retain policy holders who inquire about canceling through open listening, policy review of customer issues, and escalation to the appropriate team if necessary.

o Processes billing transactions accurately and within Customer Response Center established time standards.

o Identifies, understands and interprets customer needs to implement resolutions and makes recommendations for best billing options according to customer's needs.

o Meet performance targets in all areas such as speed, accuracy, volume, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

o Upsell company products and services to customers and meet target sale conversions.

o Route technical queries to designated channels for proper resolution of service and equipment issues.

o Amazon(Seller Central Expert, Listings, Promotions, Research, PPC, Inventory Management, FBA Management and SEO, Social media Advertising).
