Over time, I built on that foundation and shifted into AI, automation, and web development.
On the AI side, I work regularly with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity for tasks like content creation, research, customer support scripting, and prompt engineering. I also use Midjourney for AI-generated visuals when clients need it. On the automation side, I build workflows using Make (Integromat) and Zapier, and I'm comfortable with Google Sheets scripting and connecting tools like Notion and Airtable into functional systems. For web, I can build and manage WordPress and Elementor sites, Shopify stores, and Wix pages — from setup to basic troubleshooting.
I'm also experienced with dialers and phone-based client communication. I've used Five9, VICI Dial, RingCentral, and GoHighLevel, and I'm comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls, managing pipelines, and working inside CRM systems.
I work independently, I communicate proactively, and I take pride in delivering clean, thought-through work. If you're looking for someone who can handle both the technical side and the client-facing side of your business — I'm probably a good fit.
