    I have more than 8 years experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry working as a Customer Service Representative/ Consultant, 2 years as an inbound voice account, Sales and Retention Team for McAfee Antivirus; more than 6 years as Inbound/Outbound Sales Advisor, Billing, Loyalty Team and Provisioning/Onboarding Specialist for General Motors Onstar.     Processing sales and sending email confirmation real time as well as handling refund calls and customer retention are some of my responsibilities performed on a day to day basis  constantly hitting and exceeding sales target in the process. I also onboard new customers through welcome calls thereby activating their accounts with Onstar     Multiple times, my recorded customer interactions were played for client listening assessment and received commendations especially for handling irate customers.     Being a retention/sales specialist and voice-based account entail a lot of multi-tasking within a call from sales inquiries, refund request, research and documentation  with Average Handling Time of 6 mins..
       I also had experience as a part time VA , specializing in lead generation  tasked to find and verify information about CEO's and Marketing Heads along with their valid email addresses. Excel and GoogleDocs were our primary tool for consolidating all validated information.
      I am a fast learner, highly trainable and adaptable. I can process lots of information in a short period.  I am extremely honest, what I don't know, I am not afraid to admit , but I can figure things out and get the job done with minimal supervision.
      I am not ashamed to own up to my mistakes and will do my very best not to commit them again.
       I am looking for a stable job that would give me freedom to have quality  time to spend with my family, I am amenable doing part time but looking forward to being an asset and help build a long term relationship with you  as well as your business.
