I help business owners maintain accurate financial records, manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and stay on top of their finances so they can focus on growing their business.

I am a Bookkeeping Virtual Assistant and Accounting Professional with more than 7 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable management, bank and credit card reconciliation, payroll processing, financial reporting, inventory reconciliation, audit support, and month-end closing. I have worked with businesses in environmental services, hospitality, education, distribution, banking, construction, and food service industries.

My accounting tools include QuickBooks Online, Xero, Oracle, MYOB, Peachtree, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace. I am also comfortable using Zoom, Slack, Google Meet, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grammarly, Canva, and CapCut to support remote collaboration and business operations.

I am available for full-time or part-time work and can work during US, UK, or Australian business hours. I have a dedicated home office, reliable high-speed internet, backup connectivity, and the equipment needed to support long-term remote work.
