I supported Western Union customers across North America, EMEA, and Asia, assisting with sending and receiving money transfers, validating transactions to determine whether they could be approved or required further review, handling risk-related concerns, and supporting business transactions such as payroll and electronic check verification. I also worked on the Uber account, where I assisted independent contractors with onboarding documents, trip-related concerns, and payment issues. Additionally, I supported Comcast Business customers by helping resolve technical and billing concerns. I also gained experience as a Market Research Interviewer for a New Zealand-based company, where I conducted short opinion surveys over the phone, strengthening my communication and active listening skills.

To expand my skills and transition into virtual assistance, I completed General Virtual Assistant, Executive Virtual Assistant, and Marketing Virtual Assistant training. Through these programs, I gained knowledge and hands-on skills in administrative support, digital marketing, and online business support.

My digital marketing training introduced me to SEO fundamentals, keyword research, content optimization, social media management, and basic marketing strategies that help businesses improve their online presence. I also developed practical skills in creating websites using Squarespace, designing graphics and basic videos in Canva, publishing blog posts using ---------- , managing social media content, and conducting online research.
