Profile Description

I hold a degree of BSBA in Accounting and am a Registered Cost Accountant (ICMA–Australia) and Certified Bookkeeper (ICB–UK). My core strengths include end-to-end US payroll accounting, US tax preparation, general ledger management, financial reporting and analysis, bank reconciliation, AP/AR, budgeting, forecasting, end-to-end Transfer Pricing and Cost Management, Wealth Management, and US federal and state requirements.

In my current role at Servi-Tek Inc., I report directly to the CFO, leads process automation and SOP initiatives, has established payroll guidelines for the Hawaii entity, spearheaded payroll platform transitions for multiple entities, and manages accounting and HR-related tasks for the US-based employees. I am experienced in working remotely with cross-functional teams and onshore stakeholders across different time zones. I also communicate with US agencies such as the IRS and external partners.

I am highly proficient in QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion, and various payroll and timekeeping platforms, as well as advanced Excel/Google Sheets and modern automation and AI tools that improve efficiency and accuracy in a remote work environment.

I am detail-oriented, proactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication and accountability in fully remote settings.
