Reconcile Amazon, Shopify, PayPal, Stripe, bank accounts, and credit cards — every platform, every month

Break down Amazon settlement reports: FBA fees, storage, advertising, refunds, and the 14-day pay cycle timing gaps

Reconcile Shopify payouts against your bank, including gateway fees, chargebacks, and multi-channel deposits

Track inventory movement and calculate true landed COGS per SKU (supplier cost + freight + duties + 3PL fees)

With good understand of Inventory Method "FIFO" & "WAC"

Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies across all integrated financial platforms

Post adjustments with full documentation and clear justification for every entry

Build and maintain standard operating procedures to keep your bookkeeping consistent and repeatable

Deliver clean monthly P&L statements and balance sheets — ready for you or your CPA

Handle data cleanup and historical backfill for disorganized or outdated books

Enter bills, track vendor payments, and manage company credit card transactions

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and apply accrual accounting principles correctly

Communicate clearly and consistently — you will always know exactly where your books stand
