Hi! I'm Aks. I help coaches, agencies, and service-based businesses manage their DMs (inbound and outbound messages), qualify interested prospects, handle objections, and guide them toward booking a call. My goal is to make sure the right people land on your calendar ready to talk business.

Who I’ve Worked With:
• Fitness Coach – Handled Instagram DMs (inbound and outbound), ask questions, qualified prospects based on their goals and readiness, and guided them toward booking coaching calls.
• Home Remodeling Contractor – Managed inbound homeowner inquiries from Instagram while implementing a strategic follow-up and outreach plan, nurturing conversations naturally and keeping leads engaged without sounding salesy until they were ready to book a consultation.
• Social Media Marketing Expert – Managed Instagram DMs (inbound and outbound) for local ad campaigns targeting business owners, starting conversations and helping convert interested leads into booked appointments.

What I Do:
• Send 80+ outbound DMs daily to start conversations with potential leads
• Manage inbound messages and respond quickly to inquiries
• Qualify prospects using questions to check fit, interest, and readiness
• Handle objections and keep conversations natural
• Book 2–5 qualified calls per day
• Follow up with leads strategically who showed interest but haven’t booked yet
• Keep conversations organized in the CRM so no potential client gets missed
