I am trained in US freight dispatch operations and ready to step into a Broker Assistant or Dispatcher VA role immediately. I handle load booking on DAT and Trucker Path, LTL quoting, shipment tracking via MacroPoint, and full dispatch documentation including BOLs, Rate Confirmations, and PODs.
I work confidently inside TMS platforms such as AscendTMS and ArcBest, ensuring loads are tracked, updated, and closed accurately and on time.
What I bring is not just dispatch support—but operational discipline. With over 10 years of experience as a Senior Design Engineer, I’m highly detail-oriented, structured, and reliable under pressure. I don’t miss steps, and I don’t let tasks fall through the cracks.
