Operations professional with 9 years of hands-on experience taught me one painful truth: the biggest bottleneck was never the people. It was always those ridiculous manual processes everyone just accepted as “how we do things here.”

I’m that guy who can’t help asking, “Why are we doing it like this?” then I'd look for ways to make it easier. The endless copy-pasting, chasing updates, countless calls and broken spreadsheets drove me crazy, I couldn’t stop seeing the manual workarounds, so I started fixing them.

Now I build AI-powered automation systems on GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, and Zapier that actually made sense to me. I start by spotting the stupid, time-wasting parts and build simple solutions.
