Entry-Level Administrative Task / Customer Service Represent

During my time in school, I gained hands-on experience in data entry as part of a student organization project and some of my major subject project. I was responsible for collecting, organizing, and accurately encoding large amounts of information into spreadsheets and digital records.

During my time in a student organization, I developed my communication skills by coordinating with team members and assisting in organizing events. I enjoy helping others by actively listening, understanding their concerns, and providing the right solutions in a friendly and professional manner. I always aim to deliver messages clearly and positively.

During my time as a student, I had undergone an IT-related course wherein I had hands-on experience with coding using HTML language. Currently, I am attending an online curriculum to enhance my skills in coding and hopefully become an aspiring web developer someday.

I have strong organization skills developed through various school projects. I am able to plan, prioritize, and manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines and ensure smooth workflows. I am skilled at keeping records and documents properly arranged, managing schedules, and coordinating activities or events.

I have strong basic computer skills, which I developed through school projects and organizational tasks. I am proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides). I can create and edit documents, manage spreadsheets, and prepare presentations efficiently.
