Profile Description

I am a Project Manager and Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian with 7+ years of experience in managing, coordinating, and supporting health, nutrition, education, and communication projects in the Philippines. I’ve worked with international NGOs, academic institutions, and government agencies, bringing a people-centered approach to program implementation, research, and stakeholder engagement.

I worked as Consultant for Helen Keller Intl - Philippines, supporting the conduct of the Mother-to-Mother Group Operationalization Assessment. I assist with field coordination, qualitative data gathering (KIIs and FGDs), and documentation across various provinces. Prior to this, I was the Project Coordinator for the Fueling Bright Futures initiative, where I led school-based nutrition programs in Cavite, developed interactive learning materials used by the Department of Education, facilitated ethics board reviews, managed the project timeline and budget, and contributed to key dissemination activities.

Previously, I worked as a University Research Associate at the University of the Philippines Los Baños under a DOST-funded science communication project, engaging a diverse range of stakeholders—from farmers to researchers—to help shape a national science communication framework.

My earlier roles include serving as a Community Development Officer for Save the Children Philippines, where I implemented WASH and nutrition interventions in public schools and developed a NutriCaravan guide to support local health workers. I also held various research and field roles, contributing to socioeconomic and health surveys, enumerator training, and data analysis in collaboration with the Institute of Human Nutrition and Food and the College of Development Communication at UPLB.
