I handle all the paperwork and data entry for our customers, as well as manage inquiries regarding our services. I also create presentations for customers visiting our office. Additionally, I oversee our third-party providers and develop marketing strategies. As part of the pioneering team, I am also involved in making important decisions for the company.

Additionally, I handled basic inquiries, providing clients with the information they needed and assisting with general office tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

From my first job in a call center here in the Philippines to my experience in customer service roles in Dubai, customer service has always been a key part of my career. Starting in the call center industry gave me a solid foundation in customer service, helping me develop strong communication skills and a deep understanding of how to handle customer needs effectively.
