Insurance Virtual Assistant - Commercial Lines
With years of experience supporting Commercial Lines Operations, I assist Producers and Account Managers by handling a wide range of administrative and servicing tasks to ensure smooth daily workflows and efficiently policy processing.
My Responsibilities Includes:
•Preparing and reviewing applications for commercial insurance policies before submission.
•Manage new business and renewal submissions across multiple carriers.
•Quote multiple lines of business including General Liability, Workers Compensation, Business Auto, Business Owners Policy and Commercial Package.
•Provide operational support to Producers and Account Managers, including handling special instructions and follow-ups.
•Perform servicing tasks such as pulling loss runs and preparing proposals.
•Assist with Audits and monitoring of Notices of Cancellation to ensure compliance and timely action.

Utilized Applied Epic as a core agency management system to create and maintain client accounts, process and log commercial lines quotes, and upload, organize, and manage policy-related documents to ensure accurate and efficient recordkeeping.
Experience: Less than 6 months
Handled commercial lines support tasks using Microsoft Salesforce, including conducting policy audits, sending Notices of Cancellation (NOCs), requesting loss runs from carriers, and managing and processing various insurance-related documents to ensure compliance and accurate account records.
