Profile Description
Helping small and medium business owners manage their business smoothly by using QuickBooks online and Xero software. I have been in the Finance and Accounting fields for many years. I am also using Buildium, AppFolio and Payroll. Below are some of the things i usually do:
Banks, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable reconciliation.
Recording of daily expenses through Vendor's Portal
Recording transactions that don't auto feed
Ensuring that all Payables and Receivables are correctly entered and tracked Checking and Processing Contractor's Payment
Payroll processing through the Gusto system
Ensure timely reporting of all monthly financial information through accurate financial reports.
