Profile Description

I have close to seven (7) years of experience in project, team, and data management as well as report creation and maintenance.
My project and team management skills were also utilized during my time as a Paralegal at a law office in Cebu City.

I have initiative and I am very meticulous and attentive to detail. I’m also a great communicator and proven to have the ability to collect and manage information efficiently and accurately and have the ability to complete tasks on or before deadlines.

My experience in data management involved call volume productivity assurance, KPI monitoring and management, data analysis and visualizations, and business reviews on top of team management, mentoring, and coaching. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. I have experience in VBA programming for macros and am very proficient with Power BI. I am well-familiar with SQL and utilize queries to retrieve, transform, and calculate data accordingly. I am an AI Specialist who utilizes AI for deep workflow integration such as "second brain" multitasking and prompt refinement, crafting precise inputs to get high-quality and specialized results from generative AI models, and embedding AI tools into existing business systems.

I work primarily on Power BI and Microsoft Excel with Claude.ai integrated into my workflows. I have experience setting up queries in Query Lab as well as creating and maintaing interactive dashboards and reports through AI prompts in Lovable.

My experience with project management involved extensive use of ClickUp although I am familiar with ---------- and know my way around it as proficiently as I do with Asana. I also have experience in CRM tools such as Keap (Infusionsoft) and collaboration tools such as Miro and Microsoft Whiteboard. I have utilized Pitch and other data visualization sofware for deck presentations.

My main project management methodoloy is getting to know the framework of the project to the dot and maximizing on documentation and reporting. Every step must be approached with adaptability to ensure the application of problem-solving methodologies such as Fishbone, Waterfall, and 5-Why's and coming up with solutions through the S.M.A.R.T. method.

I also have experience in marketing services such as copywriting, content writing, SEO writing and brand management.

With music as a passion, I currently run a freelance recording and music production outfit covering multiple roles such as multi-instrumentalist, vocal performer, music producer, songwriter, audio engineer, and sonic brand strategist.
