Experience: 1 - 2 years
• Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct quantity of raw materials are in stock. • Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts. • Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records • Respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities; process orders for shipment • Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions. • Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary. • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. • Manage agendas/appointments for the upper management. • Arrange meeting with the vendor and/or clients • Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data. • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
ASSISTANT BUYER: • Answering supplier calls and taking messages. • Set and arrange meetings with vendor / supplier. • Coordinate emails. • Assisting the buyer with the selection of the right product mix. • Writing, placing and tracking purchase orders. • Ensuring products are purchased at the right time, to specification and at a good price. • Negotiating with vendors and building positive, long-term relationships. • Researching new suppliers and making recommendations to the buyer. • Preparing competitive retail and pricing strategies. • Planning, monitoring and maintaining suitable inventory levels. • Preparing budgets and forecasting purchasing trends. • Compiling reports on product performance and statistics. MERCHANDISING ASSISTANT • Responsible for doing paperwork, placing orders, preparing sales reports, and assisting with inventories. • Maintain and reconcile accounts, create invoices, and send checks. • Provide administrative support to purchasing and inventory process of merchandise. • Coordinate with vendors and develop new strategies for same. • Maintain and update various assortment sheets and brand metrics. • Monitor all purchase orders and ensure delivery within time frame. • Maintain effective communication with various departments and develop new products. • Prepare and maintain various sales reports on weekly basis.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
• Accurate checking of quantity released. • Responsible for the coordination of incoming raw materials and daily dispatches as per requirements by the production. • Follow procedures in processing all returns of raw materials for different departments. • Provide support in the tracking of raw materials from other warehouses. • Responsible for providing accurate reports to track quantity released by warehouse and enable decision making if needed. • Actively participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities within the unit.
