I am a licensed Social Studies teacher with six years of experience, specializing in Inquiry-based learning, design thinking, and socio-emotional learning. My passion for human geography and history drives my commitment to delivering high-quality instruction and creating engaging learning experiences for middle school and senior high school students. I integrate gamification techniques to make lessons more interactive and foster a deeper understanding of the subject matter.

As a certified TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) instructor holding a C2 level of English proficiency according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), I possess advanced skills in teaching English to non-native speakers.

In my capacity as the team lead for the 10th Grade Social Studies instructional design project, I utilized my expertise in curriculum development and educational standards to create a comprehensive and engaging program. By aligning our curriculum with the Common Core Standards and IB MYP frameworks, I ensured that our instructional materials promoted not only content mastery but also critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and socio-emotional development.

In my role as a Social Studies and Socio-emotional Learning/Emotional Quotient teacher, I integrated Design Thinking into our Leadership Subject for middle years students.
