Having worked as a Tier 3 Customer Service Specialist for almost ten years, I've developed my abilities to handle escalations and solve challenging problems that are above the capabilities of lower-tier support teams. I've made a name for myself over my tenure for being able to professionally and effectively handle difficult situations.
I made a smooth transition to working remotely in March 2020 and maintained a high standard of performance and customer satisfaction for the duration of my remote employment, which ended in January 2024. I'm committed to providing outstanding service, and I'm excited to apply my knowledge to a new team and working environment.
