I have an honest confession.
I didn’t set out thinking I’d become a packaging researcher, let alone a project manager.
Back then, I actually started with a small business. It’s a Bible verse calligraphy and crafting brand (
I thought my path would lean more into creativity or green solutions.
But God had a different plot twist.
During my internship at iPak, I found myself dealing with plastics.
My tasks were simple at first: time and motion studies, drafting work instructions, and observing production lines.
But something unexpected happened.
I fell in love with processes.
I enjoyed spotting inefficiencies, creating systems, and seeing how small changes improved productivity.
That internship shaped my eyes to see how order and optimization could change everything.
Fast forward, I became a licensed chemical engineer and landed my first job in pharmaceuticals, specifically handling the packaging side.
I led procurement projects, coordinating with suppliers and engineers, and managing pilot productions.
In my first few months, I struggled with overwhelming tasks and responsibilities.
No matter how much I try to remember all things, I always end up feeling lost.
That’s where I stepped up and found Notion as the "game changer".
I built for my own a dashboard that helped me keep track of all my tasks, my small wins, and notes during meetings and other events.
It wasn’t glamorous work, but it was where I saw my skills create tangible impact.
Beyond the technical side, I’ve also stepped into virtual assistance and branding work at Maratech, where I designed brand kits, streamlined content workflows, and collaborated with the CEO to keep projects aligned with business goals.
This experience allowed me to merge my eye for design with my knack for systems optimization, helping businesses look sharper and work smoother.
It was another reminder that I naturally gravitate toward organizing moving parts, whether it’s packaging components or brand assets.
And because creativity has always been a part of me, I’ve also served as an event planner and stylist at
What ties all of these together is simple: I love taking complex, scattered pieces, and turn them into something organized, clear, and impactful. Whether it’s packaging, branding, or events, I thrive in making systems that work, and I carry that same heart into every project I step into.
