Profile Description
I manage warehouse materials inventory, specifically, of a garments manufacturing company. To ensure the accuracy of our raw material stock count, I conduct weekly audits in different types (comparison/ reconciliation/ procedure audits).
I also generate Bill of materials and bill of quantities for every order our customer sends. Ensuring that the manufacturing order, along with the BOM and BOQ are dispatched to the concerned departments on time, in complete and correct details as these documents is the basis of the entire manufacturing process in our production area.
Monitoring outputs of warehouse personnel is an integral part in ensuring warehouse productivity. Ensuring that the necessary documents and reports are complete and correct is the best way to monitor people from the warehouse. Monitoring and checking the receiving report checklist, raw materials sheet, inventory receipts, daily transaction sheets, and quality inspection reports to assure that the transition of entries from 1 document to another is correct, accurate, complete and timely is essential in maintaining a reliable and honest warehouse inventory data.
