Financial Internal Auditor (Oct 2018-Jan 2024) - Conducted monthly internal audit engagements that were risk-based and had contributed to the improvement of financial processes, departmental fund management, and the strengthening of internal control procedures.

Working currently as a Senior Accountant in a BPO company and main accounting software being used is Netsuite. I am handling financial accounting of the company's US, New York, and UK sites. My hands-on experience with NS is more on the Administrator Access. I do the daily vendor bill entries, manage Accounts Payable and positive pay, post payments from customers, upload bank records and do match banks, register new fixed assets and run depreciation, record accruals and adjusting entries, generate financial statements, etc.

Working as a Senior Accountant, the company's branch in UK is using Xero and one of my tasks is to review the accounting entries and reconciliations, and migrate the data from Xero to Netsuite for consolidation of FS with the parent company. Also, I had attended short courses to learn more of Xero: Masterclass on Australian Bookkeeping, Payroll & Taxation with Xero, EZACC Training Academy Incorporated, via zoom | January 22 – February 3, 2024 ; Virtual Bookkeeping with Xero & QuickBooks Online, EZACC Training Academy Incorporated, via zoom | June 10 – 12, 2023 ; demo practice on Xero website

My experience with Quickbooks revolved around Accounts Payable or bill entries, and bank reconciliation. Also, I had attended a short course to expand my knowledge on Virtual Bookkeeping with Xero & QuickBooks Online, EZACC Training Academy Incorporated, via zoom | June 10 – 12, 2023 ; demo practice on Intuit Quickbooks online

Used during financial audit reporting to management and auditees in order to present important notes for improvement in bullet forms, present trends in tables and graphs form, and present with images

Commonly used in preparing audited financial statements for final submission, narrative reports, amendments of company policies and manuals, submission of formal minutes of the meeting
