On this, I have developed certain skills, such as effective communication, problem-solving skills, customer management, multitasking, and time management. I also gain knowledge and experience on how to be empathetic and sympathetic to each individual to better provide solutions to our customers. In my last year at the company, I was given the role of team leader. I was tasked more with handling our team to ensure productive results, which helped me develop my cognitive skills. In this role, I gained skills such as team management, data entry and reporting, sales management, strategic planning, and having a keen eye for details.
