Profile Description

I have experience as Legal Assistant in one of the biggest law firms based in Florida. I have been tasked to do the following tasks; Handling inbound and outbound calls timely and professionally, Responding to customers through??emails and chats, and Answering any non-legal questions for clients.

I am trained to create new cases and perform an outbound call to gather clients' Case Opening and Client Advocacy information. Responsible for Booking an appointment with case managers.

I also have experience calling insurance companies to get PIP, UM, UIM and BI coverage. Open Claims on behalf of our Client and Defendant.

I am also tasked to draft discovery questions and perform outbound calls to complete discovery documents and create a folder to save all the answered documents including HIPAA, Medical records, Special Power of Attorney, and all necessary documents to prepare the case for Litigation.

I am trained to call Facilities to gather Final bill, Final Balance and Clients Lien.
