Profile Description

I have been part of the WFM team both as an RTA and RA. Even as an RTA, we are required to report and analyze data and as an RA, I have been making files for our program depending on what the operations team want and what the client wants to see and need. I am flexible and very open to learn more. | I have experience in collecting documents from applicants and checking in with them depending on how frequent the program wants to via text, email and calls. I also have customer service experience since 2017 using different tools and platforms/exclusive tools from different programs (also Zendesk and Shopify as the most common) -- and very willing to learn if there's a new tool to use. | I am also an artist who specializes in anime and semi-realistic art, especially portraits. I also make simple edits and logos -- but this is more commission-based. You may message me for inquiries if it's about art.
