I learned to use the app just by watching some youtube tutorials. Interestingly, I was able to have a quick grasp as to how the whole system works. For four years, this has been the main application I am using for recording transactions and generating financial statements.

This has been my daily routine for 4 years. Working with receipts and invoices, recording financial transactions, keeping a track of all the business expenses and sales. This is an easy job for me!

I worked as an accountant for a restaurant ,and it required me to monitor the changes in prices of raw materials. I worked alongside the kitchen manager to determine the change in cost prices, selling price, and the like.

Keeping a daily time record and reconciling it to the corresponding compensations and deductions has become an easy task since I have been doing this for the past 4 years.

In my previous work, I was also in-charged of managing the inventories. I keep a manual recording of stocks and reconcile it after with the automated recording on XERO. With a close coordination with the floor manager, I was the one who give instructions as to what stocks she needs to procure.

I have been using this application since high school days, and I'm very much familiar with its functions especially those related to calculations.

Same with MS Office, I am familiar with all the functions of this application.

Based on the financial standing, I give projections or forecast on how the business will perform the following year. I also give suggestions as to what expenses to trim down (by giving a budget ceiling for particular items), and what promos to give to boost the sales of the business.

I usually give financial report on a daily basis, and at the end of the month, I will give a consolidated report and financial statements.
