about there health care insurance wether it is from the company or individual do inbound and outbound calls to member and also I work as Technical Support assisting customer about there internet concern and inquiry and making sure that they have reliable internet connection at home.

I work as quality assurance Sr staff for 14.5 years in a manufacturing company and my job is to make sure that the products that we deliver to the customer is in good quality by monitoring and assisting in making of the products in the production line,answer and make corrective and preventive measures for possible defect

Assist customer in resolving there issue about there internet connection and make sure that they have reliable and stable internet connection at home
