I proofread their essays and conversations and made a list of explanations for the corrections made. I also had training in annotation, where I answered prompts from the perspective of an AI model. I also evaluated, scored, and ranked model responses to prompts. I also had experience in recruitment. I sourced suitable applicants by conducting research on job boards, applicant tracking systems, company websites, etc. I recruited passive candidates through phone calls, emails, and general relationship-building. I conducted pre-assessment calls with candidates, verifying different items such as qualifications, availability, and compensation requirements. I organized and kept candidates’ files and tracked their activities, opportunities, and references. Also, as a recruiter, I maintained a record of candidates sourced through the SS Tracker.
