Hello, I am Donna Shane V. Melo, 27 years of age. I finished my bachelor degree way back 2017 and took education course. I am a license professional teacher. I stop teaching because I find my happiness in doing online jobs.

I also worked as chat support in one of the top 3 tiktok shops, where in I handled live Chat, Return and refund, Replacement of damaged items, trainer of new agents, Reviewing customers feedback, Abnormal logistics of packages and as a Team leader.
I am a responsible employee and I can give my 100?fort in doing the task that assigned to me. I'm also willing to extend my time if needed. I am ready to share my knowledge and skills and I am open to new ideas and always willing to learn.
