I am a licensed Mechanical Engineer with experience as a Technical Support Associate, assisting customers with internet connectivity troubleshooting, account upgrades, and system documentation.
I also work as an Administrative Assistant/Virtual Assistant for a house maintenance company in California. In this role, I manage all incoming emails, update and organize work order trackers and calendars using spreadsheets, answer incoming calls from technicians, managers, and customers, schedule new work orders, record purchase transactions in the expense tracker, create estimates, handle social media management, and prepare and send invoices.

I am proficient in creating professional designs and visual materials using Canva, allowing me to combine technical accuracy with creative and engaging presentation skills.
