• Accounts Payable & Receivable – Invoices go out, bills get paid on time, every time
• Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations – compares a company's cash records (in the general ledger) with the bank statement to identify and explain any discrepancies & ensures that expenses recorded in the general ledger match the credit card statement .
• Monthly Financial Statements – provide a snapshot of a company’s financial health and performance over a single month. These statements are critical for informed decision-making, budgeting, and tracking progress against financial goals.
• Catch-up & Clean-up Work – bringing a company’s financial records up to date and ensuring they are accurate, complete, and compliant. This is often necessary when books have been neglected, improperly maintained, or inconsistently recorded.

Tools I’m Proficient In:
• Excel (Advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, vlookup)
• extensive experienced in Propertyware, Vantaca, Avid, Strongroom, Netsuite, Buildium, SAP system, AppFolio, Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks dekstop, XERO, Wave accounting, Inflow Inventory, MRI software, Nexus Payables, Appfolio and Salesforce CRM
• Communication tools: Zoom, Teams, Slack, Gmail, and Outlook

I’m also a fast learner—if you use a different system, I’ll get up to speed in no time.
