Profile Description
I am currently an Accounting Department - Head in a pharmaceutical company.
My responsibilities include Accounts Receivable, which I focused more on because I believe it is the business's lifeblood.
I also do an audit of our payables and payroll
before issuance of a check by our staff.
I am also checking our inventory records and ensuring they always tally with the physical inventory.
Another important role I play in our office is an audit of our three branches in the provinces.
I manage a system wherein I can check every day their daily sales, deposits, accounts receivables, and inventories.
Once a year, I visit the branch to check everything.
I work long hours because I want to make sure that everything is under control.
I am an effective multi-task worker and very dependable.
