I’m a dedicated Loan Processor and Collection Specialist with nearly nine years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. I’ve worked across various financial service functions including loan processing, debt collection, lead generation, and customer support, handling accounts across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Canada, and the United States. This experience has given me strong skills in client communication, financial evaluation, negotiation, and account management.

I have hands-on experience in both inbound and outbound operations—handling loan applications, updating account records, and guiding customers through payment arrangements. I’m known for balancing empathy with results, consistently meeting collection targets while maintaining positive client relationships.

Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and various CRM tools, I’m also knowledgeable in fair debt practices and experienced with multiple dialing systems such as V ---------- , Zoiper, LiveVox, and APN Dialer.
