General Virtual Assistant / Executive assistant

I worked in customer service for all international accounts. I handled financial accounts, telco accounts, and billing accounts. Assisting customers with their inquiries about the accounts. I'm enthusiastic and professional with nine years of customer service experience and I also have experience dealing directly with clients. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

I have experience handling outbound and inbound leads and assigning the project to the right department.

I have experience in graphic design. I used to work for a business-to-business graphic design company for more than three years. I assist clients with designing their marketing materials, like business cards, flyers, calendars, shirts, banners, and any other marketing materials that could help clients market their products.

I have experience communicating with customers through chat, order taking, placing orders,and processing refunds, in-store credit, and replacement.

I have experience managing calendars, setting appointments, and scheduling leads on the calendar. I also have experience handling invoices, permits and transaction coordinator.

I was also a technical support representative, assisting customers to troubleshoot issues with their internet connectivity and problems with their gadgets, like no signals for TVs and the remote not working.
