I worked as an English as a Second Language (ESL) tutor for a year, I'm teaching primarily Japanese students. I spent a year working as a customer support representative in the BPO sector after that. I wanted to advance and push myself, I first started working in a non-voice account before transferring to Upgrade to see actual info Paypal, our main focus is on customer service calls, which we make almost over 60 calls during work hours. We handle four conversations simultaneously for my non-voice job, so I can really say that I've had exposure working under pressure because we need to be able to resolve customers' concerns as quickly as possible.
Hence, I can state that I'm a person who can work well under pressure and produce quality work since I always aim for the best results. I am also flexible and can learn quickly.
