When selling any product or service I don't just highlight the Features and Benefits nor do I just listen and ask the right questions just to close, I make it a point that at the end of each conversation, I assure them that my Job does not end once they are onboard but I also clearly communicate to them that I would still be their Account Manager which would entail direct access to me via Email, Calls and Text 7 days a week, of course with the proper setting of expectations as I do not mind replying to their emails or texts even on a weekend or rest day when they have a concern or question, it may just be a few minutes of my time but means a HUGE deal for customers knowing someone is there to answer even the most basic questions or at least point them to the right direction instead of waiting for long hours on the phone. To my mind, this is just one of the many ways I can help grow the Business and keep the Enthusiasm In me.
