Profile Description

for the past 7 years of working in a BPO setting, I have tried multiple roles. I can already say that i am very knowledgeable in the roles of each individual under a project.
I started as a customer service representative at the same time technical support for a project.
I have been consistent in achieving my goals resulting to my promotion as Subject matter ---------- this role, I am able to help new representative in completing their task and working hand in hand with Supervisor. After a few months, I am able to handle my own team as their Supervisor. I have made improvement with some of the Supervisor task and help my team achieve their Goals be become number 1 team within the site.
After a year, I d ---------- to jump to other roles. That's when I became part of the workforce management team. I started as a Real Time Analyst which help run the site, I am responsible to account all FTE present versus the FTE required on a daily basis. I also make decisions and recommendations to Operations to minimize risk regarding Service Level.
Then I became a scheduler, which is 2nd level under workforce management. by this time I am accountable to schedule to the right at the right time or intervals. I work hand in hand with Leads for Out of office Shrinkage and IN office ---------- this role I have learned a lot about BPO accounts and Service level management. By working together with Leads, Directors and supervisors, I am able to gain my confidence and idea on how a daily Operations work in a BPO setting.
