My name is Jacquelyn "Jacky" Vallar. I was with the BPO industry before and switch to VA freelancing. I have experience as Customer Service Representative assisting customers to solve their concerns. Cold calling experience where we need to set an appointment for a visit if it's real estate and pre-qualify the client if it is health insurance. I was a former case manager / Legal Assistance to one of the personal injury law firms in the US and do the admin task calling the facilities to follow-ups and sending requests to obtain a copy of the client's bills and medical.
